Gena of the Choosing Raw food blog has posted a fantastic recipe which we made over the weekend.
This was really a great soup. We did follow the instructions including all the spices and happily enjoyed the entire soup, wishing we had doubled the recipe. We have not used yellow split peas before, and as this recipe was so tasty, we’ve decided to skip the green split peas and use yellow from now on. This soup will be one we will enjoy throughout the coming chilly months.
